Some of you may have noticed that Itch is being flooded with bots spamming a malware link offering "2000 games." I’ve already deleted, banned, and reported around 20 accounts, but it always takes me a few hours to catch and deal with them.

With my players’ safety and well-being in mind, I’m changing the comment system to discussion topics of all my games. This means that to post something, you’ll first need to create a topic. It’s not a huge barrier, but it will at least slow the bots down. If, even with this change, the bots keep coming, I’ll disable comments entirely and will only be responding through Patreon or our official Discord server.
